Our postings are free of charge except in the following areas:
Ads fall into two categories: public/commercial
All 'public' ads are free with limits in the areas of cars/trucks, motorcycles,
and real estate. We allow up to 2 different ads free, every 48 hours, for each of the listed
categories above, for individual users. All other ads are limitless and free...
Not all 'commercial' advertisement is free. If you are considered commercial, any ads including:
cars/trucks, motorcycles, and real estate, may have a cost to display and/or only show in
the commercial/business location.
***Important*** All grouping entities, usually commercial/business, with more than one user,
will have a single primary user. Only one person will be credited, as the primary user,
with 2 free ads, every 48 hours, in the headings cars/trucks, motorcycles, and real estate.
Application of this rule will fall under the 'discretion' of the site.
Who is considered public/commercial:
Everyone starts as 'public'. This can limit your ads but that makes them free. If you have a
business, you are not automatically 'commercial'. As an example, as an employer you can place a
job ad at no cost.
WE ALLOW 'COMMERCIAL' ADS TO RUN WITH 'PUBLIC' ADS, however we
DO NOT allow 'commercial advertisement' in the public area. If you have
an ad that makes it obvious you are a business, that ad will be switched to the 'commercial'
area. This helps keep the public side more visually appealing.
The 'commercial' status has benefits: running an ad on the site is pretty cheap, and if the
users of the site vote to send your ad packing, you are sent to the 'commercial' side and
your ad is still 'live'(depending on your ad, this site may remove inappropriate ads at
OUR discretion, at any time).
If a user continually posts unacceptable ads they can be made 'completely commercial', in which
case your ads will only show on the commercial side of this site. Once again all postings are at
the discretion of this site, if it is deemed inappropriate, we reserve the right to delete the ad.
We DO NOT allow email addresses, phone numbers, or personal contact information on images
in the 'public' area.
No advertisement can include links to other sites and/or auctions unless authorized by Missulu.
Your ad will be deleted.
Missulu.com does not issue refunds for deleted ads. Any refunds will be at the discretion of the
website.
ADVERTISER CONTACT
Missulu allows blind emailing for all advertisers. It is the selection box placed at the top left of all
ads under the logo. A user can send you an email without knowledge of your actual email address. This
is a convenience item we add to all ad pages. When/if you respond to a potential 'customer', you are
allowing them to see your real email address,

4. Inappropriate or harmful behavior during or after meeting in person.
5. Fraudulent profiles.
6. Spam or solicitation including links to commercial websites or attempts to sell products or services.

FAQ-These will develop over time....
A new posting doesn't work?
On the odd occasion where a listing doesn't post properly there can be two basic reasons:
1. Your past postings contained inappropriate or unacceptable TOU behavior and now
your postings have to be approved. As you may have guessed this isn't good, it's
slow and removes you from front page exposure. It will improve with every
acceptable post you place and get corrected with time.
However, if you continue inappropriate behavior, your account can be closed at the
discretion of this website.
2. Sadly, internet malfunctions (browser issues or hesitancy in your internet
connection) can be overcome by logging out of the site and signing back in.
It's rare, but it can happen.
3. If you paid for a malfunctioning ad, please let us know before you delete it. We will
credit you for any issues.
How do I receive a blind email from someone?
Email is sent to you automatically without exposing your email address. The address
attached to the account when you opened the account is used. NOTE: Always check your email
'spam' file if you are having difficulty receiving email from Missulu. It's unfortunate but
it does happen.
HOW IT WORKS -
Joining-
On the homepage click the 'new member' button and fill out the simple forms. All we require
is an active email address and username/password of your choice. It is completely free!

Placing an ad-
Select 'new post' from the 'myaccount' page. Follow the instructions that follow. Ads run for
approximately 30 days, and are subject to the users of the site determining whether the content
is acceptable. As a 'public' advertiser your ad can be deleted. For a 'commercial' advertiser
your ad can be sent to the 'commercial' area or deleted.
You can list anywhere you choose. Once again, you have that right and we don't have a problem
with that.(Subject to change...)
WE ALLOW ALL PUBLIC USERS TO POST AN INDIVIDUAL ITEM ONLY ONCE IN A
GIVEN CATEGORY FOR A PERIOD OF 24HRS, OVERPOSTING WILL GET YOU REMOVED!
Paid ads can post as much as desired, we don't recommend getting carried away with the
concept, it will reduce users wanting to look at your ads.
Using the site-
On the homepage, select a listed city from the drop down list and click a heading or subject area
that is closest to what you are looking for. Each advertisement page has a contact email in the
upper left corner, or within the ad itself.
Altering my post-
After 48 hours I would recommend re-posting, however you can alter your individual posts from the
'myaccount' page once you have signed in.
Delete my post-
Posts can be removed(deleted) in the 'myaccount' page. The link is broken so the ad doesn't come
up, however the ad is still there for a limited time but is not visible or available in the search.
All ads are eventually cleaned and completely removed from the server at OUR discretion.
Re-posting an ad-
If the item in your post does not sell, simply create a new post. The thought process here is the
community using this site will delete anything they find unacceptable. We completely support
that idea.
Images in posts-
We allow images in most posts. We have created room for 18 images, in your post.
Recommended size is 500x375 pixels, 'png', 'jpg' or 'gif' images, and smaller than 100kb.(Again,
subject to change.)
Text in posts-
We currently don't allow common html tags within posting areas.(This may change.)

Posting in general-
In order to post an ad, you must be signed in to your account. Some information comes from this
account and was verified when you got started. If you never verified your account, you will not
be able to post here until you have a working user name.
Email responses-
Due to the amount of email sent by our site, some email accounts will consider our email spam.
We can't control this, but always check to make sure you are getting the email sent to you.
Missulu Terms of Use.
By interacting with the Missulu('MIU') website/server and utilizing the services offered within,
you are agreeing to the current Terms of Use('TOU')(as of 6/17/2020).You acknowledge and
agree MIU is a private site. In using MIU you, as a business or individual, are agreeing to follow
these TOU. If you do not agree to the TOU you are not authorized to use MIU or any of it's attached,
referenced, and/or included services. We may modify and/or alter the TOU at our sole discretion
and as an agreeing user, it is your responsibility to be aware of changes made. Our privacy policy,
unacceptable items list, and all other website rules, policies, and user agreements are fully
incorporated into the existing TOU, and as a user agree to them as well.
LICENSE:If you agree to the TOU and (1) are of sufficient age(18) and capacity to use MIU and
be bound by the TOU, or (2) use MIU on behalf of a business, thereby binding that business to the
TOU, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use MIU in
compliance with the TOU; unlicensed use is unauthorized. You agree not to display, 'frame,' make
derivative works, distribute, license, or sell, content from MIU, excluding postings you create.
You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, fully paid/sub licensable license to use, copy,
display, distribute, and make derivative works from content you post.
USE:Unless licensed by us in a written agreement, you agree not to use or provide software
(except general purpose web browsers and email clients) or services that interact or interoperate
with MIU, e.g. for downloading, uploading, creating/accessing/using an account, posting, flagging,
emailing, searching, or mobile use. You agree not to copy/collect MIU content via robots, spiders,
scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated or manual equivalent (e.g., by hand).
Misleading, unsolicited, and/or unlawful postings/communications/accounts are prohibited, as is
buying or selling accounts. You agree not to post content that is prohibited by any of MIU's
policies or rules referenced above ("Prohibited Content"). You agree not to collect MIU user
information or interfere with MIU. You agree we may moderate MIU access/use in our sole
discretion, e.g., by blocking, filtering, re-categorizing, re-ranking, deleting, delaying, holding,
omitting, verifying, or terminating your access/license/account. You agree (1) not to bypass said
moderation, (2) we are not liable for moderating or not moderating, and (3) nothing we say or do
waives our right to moderate, or not.
LIQUIDATED DAMAGES:You further agree that if you violate the USE section, or you
encourage, support, benefit from, or induce others to do so, you will be jointly and
severally liable to us for liquidated damages as follows for: (A) collecting/harvesting MIU
users' information, including personal or identifying information - $10 per violation; (B)
publishing/misusing personal or identifying information of a third party in connection with
your use of MIU without that party's express written consent - $1,000 per violation; (C)
misrepresenting your identity or affiliation to anyone in connection with your use of MIU -
$1,000 per violation; (D) posting or attempting to post Prohibited Content - $400 per violation;
(E) posting or attempting to post Prohibited Content in any paid section of MIU - the price per
post applicable to that section of MIU; (F) sending an unauthorized/unsolicited email to an
email address obtained from MIU - $2500 per violation; (G) using MIU user information to make/
send an unauthorized/unsolicited text message, call, or communication toa MIU user - $500 per
text/call/communication; (H) creating a misleading or unlawful MIU account or buying/selling
a MIU account - $200 per violation;(I)abusing or attempting to abuse MIU's deletion processes
- $100 per violation; (J) distributing any software to facilitate violations of the USE Section
- $1,000 per violation; (K) aggregating, displaying, copying, duplicating, reproducing,
distributing, or exploiting MIU content for any purpose without our express written consent -
$10,000 for each day you engage in such violations;(L) requesting, viewing, or accessing more
than 1,000 pages of MIU in any 24-hour period - $0.25 per page during the 24 hour period after
the first 1,000 pages;(M) bypassing or attempting to bypass our moderation efforts - $400 per
these amounts are (1) a reasonable estimate of our damages (as actual damages are often difficult
to violation. You agree that calculate), (2) not a penalty, and (3) not otherwise limiting on our
ability to recover under any legal theory or claim, including statutory damages and other
equitable relief (e.g., for spam, we can elect between the above liquidated damages or statutory
damages under the anti-spam statute). You further agree that repeated violations of the USE
section will irreparably harm and entitle us to injunctive or equitable relief, in addition
to monetary damages.
FEES:You authorize us to charge your account for MIU fees in paid areas. Any tax is additional.
Fees are non-refundable, even for posts we remove, delay, omit, re-categorize, re-rank, or otherwise
moderate. We may refuse any posting.
DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY:To the full extent permitted by law, Missulu, and its officers,
directors, employees, agents, licensors, affiliates, and successors in interest
("MIU Entities") (1) make no promises, warranties, or representations as to MIU, including
its completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, propriety, security or reliability; (2)
provide MIU on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and any risk of using MIU is assumed by
you; (3) disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; and (4) disclaim any liability or
responsibility for acts, omissions, or conduct of you or any party in connection with MIU. MIU
Entities are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive,
or other losses, including lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, etc., arising from or related
to MIU, and in no event shall such liability exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the year
preceding such loss. Some jurisdictions restrict or alter these disclaimers and limits, so some
may not apply to you.
CLAIMS & INDEMNITY:Any claim, cause of action, demand, or dispute arising from or
related to MIU ("claims") will be governed by the internal laws of Michigan, without
regard to conflict of law provisions, except to the extent governed by US federal law.
Any claims will be exclusively resolved by courts in Lansing, MI (except we may seek
preliminary or injunctive relief anywhere). You agree to (1) submit to the personal
jurisdiction of courts in Lansing, MI; (2) indemnify and hold MIU Entities harmless from
any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from
a third party and relate to your use of MIU; and (3) be liable and responsible for any
claims we may have against your officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or
any other party, directly or indirectly, paid, directed or controlled by you, or acting
for your benefit.
MISC:Users complying with prior written licenses may access MIU thereby until
authorization is terminated. Otherwise this is the exclusive and entire agreement between
us and you, and our actions or silence toward you or anyone else does not waive, modify,
or limit the TOU or our ability to enforce it. The USE, LIQUIDATED DAMAGES, and CLAIMS &
INDEMNITY sections survive termination of the TOU, and you will remain bound by those
sections. If a TOU term is unenforceable, it shall be limited to the least extent possible
and supplemented with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the parties. The
English version of the TOU controls over any translations.

stud service
endangered, imperiled and/or protected species and any parts thereof, e.g. ivory
false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content; bait and switch
offensive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or malicious postings or email
anyone’s personal, identifying, confidential or proprietary information
food stamps, WIC vouchers, SNAP or WIC goods, governmental assistance
stolen property, property with serial number removed/altered, burglary tools, etc
ID cards, licenses, police insignia, government documents, birth certificates, etc
US military items not demilitarized in accord with Defense Department policy
counterfeit, replica, or pirated items; tickets or gift cards that restrict transfer
lottery or raffle tickets, sweepstakes entries, slot machines, gambling items
spam; miscategorized, overposted, cross-posted, or nonlocal content
postings or email the primary purpose of which is to drive traffic to a website
postings or email offering, promoting, or linking to unsolicited products or services
affiliate marketing; network, or multi-level marketing; pyramid schemes
any goods, service, or content that violates the law or legal rights of others
This list is partial and could expand with time and any needs of this website.
MIU encourages the deletion of ANY listing a user may feel violates the above listed items.
Users must comply with all applicable laws, the MIU terms of use, and all posted
site rules.
Missulu works to be a safe and convenient place for the listing of goods and services.
We NEVER accept illegal behavior and in that effort we will always cooperate with
law enforcement when approached regarding a user security/safety issue.
A general note to be aware of, no employee of Missulu.com, nor subsidiary, will ever
ask for private user information. We do NOT ask for or record Social Security,
Drivers License, or Bank Account numbers/information.

This can cause a convenience issue with having to sign in to use your account, however, we think

MIU accepts NO responsibility for cookies/tracking software a user may encounter while clicking
on a link leading outside of this site.(Generally banner type ads.)
